So Tortas DF is like a historic landmark when it comes to tortas. That place has been open for as long as I can remember. They are really good tortas at an affordable price. I believe it's like 2.50 per torta. Depending on what kind you want. I highly recommend trying them atleast once an then you can be the judge of how good they are.

This place is definitely delicious worth going if you in San Luis. They have the best tortas that I know of. Very delicious, I highly recommend Tortas DF. They been in business for so many years. Price very reasonable that I can eat three of them.
Delicious tortas! I ate here at a recommendation of a friend. This place has been open since 1968. Had the suprema torta and added some of the pickled carrots and such they have at the table, very good. Theres also jalapenos at the table too. I do reccommend knowing some spanish as they do not speak english here.
An amazing local place with phenomenal food. They keep it simple and delicious. Get a Torta (I got the #6), your choice of bottled drink and you get the lightly pickled condiments. The bread is made local from a Mexican bakery and it pairs with the saltiness from the meat. The avocado and cheese cuts the salt and gives pairs amazingly. Mix it with the heat and light vinegary taste of the carrots, onions and jalapeno (with a little bit of crunch) and you have the perfect sandwich. Have had them before and will have them again.
Best overall I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, and I recently found myself back in San Luis for personal reasons. I couldn’t resist the temptation to try the food again. The tortas were absolutely amazing! I ordered the original one, and let me tell you, it tasted just as good as I remembered. The food is simply incredible. The ambiance is a bit casual, but it’s not anything fancy. They don’t accept cards or digital payments, so you’ll need to bring cash. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The food is worth the trip, and the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable.
